The price does not include:

Tourist tax.

Final cleaning, which is mandatory, at € 60.00 for the two-room apartment and € 70.00 for the three-room apartment.

Beach service, starting from the fourth row, at a discounted price.

Use of the air conditioner, at € 30.00 per week.

Rental of linen (sheets and towels), € 15.00 per person per week.
Booking Notes
The reservation is considered valid with the payment of a 30% deposit of the rental cost.
At the time of booking, the deposit must be paid to the following account:

The balance will be made upon arrival, during check-in, with the delivery of the keys and the payment in cash of a security deposit that will be refunded on the day of departure.

Entry into the apartment can take place from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. Please notify for arrivals after 8:00 pm.

Check-out from the apartment must be done by 9:00 am on the day of departure.

The tenant will be responsible for any breakages caused during the stay and must replace or reimburse for any broken utensils.

The number of people allowed in the apartments must not exceed the number of available beds, including the sofa bed.

The tenant who does not occupy the booked apartment by the next day is considered to have waived the reservation.

Under no circumstances will days be deducted for early departure.

In case of cancellation, the customer will not lose the deposit if the cancellation occurs 4 weeks before arrival, receiving a voucher for the amount paid, valid for a reservation to be made in the current or following year.

The owner or authorized personnel is allowed to enter the apartment for any checks or repairs.

The management reserves the right to replace the apartment with another of the same characteristics in case of unforeseen circumstances in the assignment of the apartment.
